The submitter of an abstract must be registered for the meeting!

Failure to register and pay the registration fee by June 9 will deprive you of the opportunity to present your paper.
The deprivation applies even if your paper is listed in the current program or you have received an email notification of acceptance.

For Oral Presenter

The regular oral session should be 11 minutes for presentation and 3 min for Q&A.

Oral sessions will be live-streamed for remote participants. All presentations will be recorded and delivered on-demand for one month after the meeting, enabling further discussion on the message board.

1. Those who come to the venue and make a presentation

Please submit a PowerPoint file for your presentation to the PC operator in the presentation venue. You can also hook up your own PC.

2. Those who do not come to the venue but can present from home according to the program time

Please install the Zoom application on your PC and update to the latest version. Also, maintain a stable online connection. The file for the presentation will be shared on the screen from your PC. We will inform you how to access the Zoom meeting later.

3. Those who cannot give presentations according to the program time

Please create a PowerPoint slideshow with audio for your talk. And please be sure to convert it to .mp4 file format and submit it to the secretariat. The secretariat will distribute the video on Zoom. There will be no Q&A time, but a message board for discussion will be available on the on-demand page.
The length of the .mp4 file should be within 11 minutes.
The file size should be 2GB or less.
The file name should be ”presentation number _ name.”  
e.g., S1-1-1_Taro_Suzuki.
The URL of the online submission destination has already been e-mailed to the presenters from the secretariat office.

For Poster Presenter

1. All poster presentations will be delivered on-demand using pre-submitted files.

Please create a presentation video with audio in less than 5 minutes using PowerPoint. And be sure to convert it to .mp4 file format. Please also prepare a file that converts the PowerPoint file without audio to PDF. Please submit these two files to the secretariat by June 10.

With the viewer, you can turn pages and enlarge the images. All files will be uploaded by the secretariat.
A message board for discussion will be prepared on the on-demand page.
The file size should be 2GB or less.
The file name should be ”presentation number _ name.”
